Carbon Neutral: Teaming Up to Make A Difference For Our Climate

National sports teams, the NFL, universities, and conferences are partnering with government entities and private businesses to offer carbon neutral events. What does this really mean?  University of Florida  IFAS Pinellas County Extension is teaming up with Weedon Island Preserve Cultural and Natural History Center and Brooker Creek Preserve Environmental Education Center to host a visiting professor from the University of Florida, Mark Van Soestbergen from the International Carbon Bank and Exchange, Inc. who will be giving a presentation on Climate Change at each of our three sites.
